Ashwagandha: Considered an “herbs of the ages,” it is a revitalizing and adaptogenic herb. Suggested benefits include rejuvenating, balancing, strengthening and calming to the nervous system. Alkaloid compounds account for its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-stressor properties. Good for after a strong yoga or meditation session, ashwagandha has also been known to relieve high cortisol levels and muscle fatigue.

Gotu Kola: Used for thousands of years, gotu kola has a reputation for improving memory and concentration through improvement of blood flow. It is said to be used by yogis in the Himalayas to improve meditation throughout their practice. Considered to combat stress, energize the central nervous system and support energy reserves.

Green Tea Pollen: Known as a deep restorative superfood, green tea provides amino acids and polyphenols that may help regulate and improve energy, supporting mental and physical stress relief. Green tea pollen is said to nourish the nervous system due to the dense nutrient profile. This pollen allows for a deeper restorative wellbeing.
